SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY

We ship Monday - Friday, with a cutoff time at 12pm EST time. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to go out during normal business hours. During holidays, the fulfillment times may vary.

Standard shipping time is 2-5 business days. However, shipping carriers are a 3rd party service and we cannot guarantee delivery times for shipments.
If there are any delays in this process you will be notified via email. For Pre-orders, you will be notified via email as soon as the order is prepared and another when it is shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

For lost or missing packages, we will provide you with the information of the carrier and tracking number associated with your order so that you may contact them directly to track your package. Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages sent to mail forwarding providers.
When you place an order with us please note that the liability is between you and USPS. We do not make any exceptions to this policy. We are always happy to replace items that aren't marked as delivered but once the package has been scanned as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do have a few recommendations to help track down your package.

  • Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.

  • Visit your local USPS office with tracking handy to see where the mail man dropped off your package

  • Check with neighbors to see if your package got dropped off next door. 

  • Sometimes USPS updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up. 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return & exchange shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise the buyer is responsible for sending the products back. We recommend using a postage service with tracking in order to have proof of return.  

If you need to return an item, please email us at contact@solas-co.com with your order number and the product you would like to return. Our team will assist you with the return process.
You should expect to receive your refund within a few days of your package being returned to our address.
