TWO OF NATURE'S BEST ADAPTOGENS
SHILAJIT
Known in Ayurvedic medicine as the 'Conqueror of mountains, destroyer of weakness', Shilajit is loaded with minerals and compounds that offer many benefits for both the brain and body. It is a black, tar like substance that seeps out of mountains at high altitudes and is the result of broken down plant and organic matter over many years.
Our Shilajit is sourced from the Himalayan Mountains at an altitude ranging from 7000-15,000 ft. At these altitudes, the likelihood of contamination from pollutants is minimum but all batches are still tested for pesticides, heavy metals and bacteria to ensure they meets the standards. The Shilajit is water-purified, extracted, and turned into a powder using an old Ayurvedic Method which allows for it to keep very high mineral and organic compound levels.

Shilajit is known to be an adaptogen, meaning its properties have the ability to adapt to your body's specific needs. Adaptogens are known to support healthy hormone balance in the body which can improve your body's functions and overall health. The healthy balance of hormones allows for your body to respond better to stressors and help regulate your cortisol level. Since it is an adaptogen, men and women may experience different benefits based on their physiology. For instance, Shilajit may help the body increase testosterone and DHEA production in men but it will not disproportionately raise either of these in women.

LION'S MANE
Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus) is a edible mushroom that has been used for centuries in Chinese medicine. It was coined the name 'Mountain Priest Mushroom' because it is often consumed by the monks of Japan. It has a long and very significant history of providing benefits to both the mind and the body.
Our Organic Lion's Mane is grown on logs where the fruiting body, not the mycelium, is harvested. The fruiting body is water extracted to produce a potent, 4:1 tonic powder that makes it very easy to digest. Each batch is tested for heavy metals and purity to ensure the highest quality. Consuming the fruiting body, when grown properly as nature intended, is known to have the most benefits.
